At Juneau Cabinets, our shipping is fast and convenient.

No changes, corrections or cancellations are allowed after your order has been submitted to the shipping department.

Local In-store pick up option is also available at the online checkout, which is subject to product inventory levels.

Standard Shipping within Canada

We ship purchases from our website to any United States and Canadian location, except Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, remote locations and the following postal codes.

Free express shipping for all orders over $200.00. $15.00 flat rate for orders under $200.00.

Order will normally be shipped in 1-3 business days if placed before 12 AM. (Monday – Friday, except public holidays).

An email shipping confirmation containing a tracking number will be sent when the order has shipped. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the shipment(s) will be dependent on the schedule of shipping providers.

International other than Canada and USA

1. Shipping Fee Calculation: The shipping fee for international orders is calculated based on the weight of the products, the shipping courier used to deliver the order, and the destination country. It will be emailed to the customer before the order is confirmed.

2. Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import and duties fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee for the order.

3. Order Cancellation: Once an international order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Return Policy: Our return policy is not applicable to international orders.

Return Policy (Canada and the US)

Customers may return items up to 60 days after purchase for credit. You will be credited the full amount minus the applicable restocking charges and exceptions listed below. Customers will not be credited for applicable shipping charges and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original undamaged condition to qualify for credit.

  • Items returned within 30 days of purchase will incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • Items returned between 31 and 60 days of purchase will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Items returned after 60 days will not be credited.
